Carole Burman, FCIPD MIOD, MAD-HR
Legal 500 Leading Individual, Jolyon Berry, is head of Employment at the Tier 1 law firm Thompson Smith and Puxon. He has over 20 years of experience advising employers with the management of their staff.
He is regularly invited to provide training to managers and senior management teams; his mantra is to try to avoid the law by knowing where it is and getting management and staff to work together by agreement.
He has been offering proactive solutions to businesses struggling to manage in the current Corona Virus crisis, acknowledging that the “usual rules” may not always work.
