Leadership series – 2

The Innovation Centre , Knowledge Gateway in Partnership with Relocon will be delivering a series of leadership events focused on supporting the growth of the ICKG and Relocon community.

These Leadership events are designed to help each member of the community develop a leadership mindset that is personally reflective of their values but also empowering for the many. Over a series of events we will be on a learning journey that will hold people to account for that learning. As leaders we often find ourselves accountable to no one, here we are accountable to each other.

We will introduce different methodologies, methods and tools, explore some new concepts that will help you uncover your ‘true north’ and build a personal brand that feeds into a business you will be proud of.  We will look at how to build a learning business, that is a business that absorbs experiences and uses this knowledge to be freer, more agile and responsive.
