Nysko Games launch night – The Dwarves of Glistenveld

October 18, 2019 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Nysko games

The Dwarves of Glistenveld (TDoG) is a 2.5D real-time strategy game that sees the player take control of a clan of dwarves and help them in their fight against goblins. The game is being launched in early access on Steam at 6pm during the launch event. This is the first game released by Nysko Games, (https://www.nyskogames.com/) and the first title to come out of the University of Essex’s Studio X, based in the Innovation Centre.

Event Details

As this is our first release, we will be showcasing the journey the Nysko team has been on, from the game’s inception all the way through to release. We will also be exhibiting artwork from the game, to show our guests how ideas were developed and characters and locations came into being. There will playable builds of the game at the event for everyone to play!
In short, we are showing how TDoG was brought to life!

Light refreshments will be provided. Guests can take part in a charity raffle and win official artwork signed by the Nysko Team, along with other TDoG merchandise. All money raised by the raffle will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
