- Offer Summary:
This promotion entitles eligible customers to receive the first two months rent-free when they sign up for a 12-month office space agreement. - Eligibility:
- The offer applies exclusively to private office spaces within the innovation centre.
- This promotion does not include coworking memberships, hot desks, or any other shared workspace arrangements.
- Sign-Up Period:
- To qualify for this offer, a full 12-month contract must be signed on or before February 28, 2025.
- Offer Duration:
- The two rent-free months will be the first two months of the contracted term.
- Standard monthly rental charges will commence from the third month onwards.
- Contract Terms:
- The agreement must be for a fixed term of 12 months without early termination.
- Should the agreement be terminated before the end of the term, the value of the two rent-free months may be reclaimed by us as part of early termination fees.
- Additional Costs:
- This offer applies only to the base rent of the office space.
- Utilities, services, additional facilities, and any other charges are not included in the promotion and will be billed as per the contract terms.
- Availability:
- This promotion is subject to office space availability at the time of enquiry.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the offer without prior notice if all eligible office spaces are filled before the deadline.
- Exclusions:
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or incentives unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Existing customers renewing or extending their contracts are not eligible for this offer.
- Binding Agreement:
- This offer becomes valid only when a signed contract and any required deposit or setup fees (as outlined in the agreement) have been received.
